These simple, yet not easy practices are the basis of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. Learning in a group, you settle into your body more easily, and you're less likely to fidget or get up because you've made a commitment to be there with whatever comes up. Mindfulness training helps you learn purposeful trained attention to bring greater focus on what's most meaningful and decrease negative thoughts in our mind.
This 8-week class combines meditation, dialogue, inquiry, and mindful movement to assist you to work more effectively with stress, pain, and illness, as well as the challenges of living in the 21st century.

Next Course begins Tuesday, September 3, 2019 and will meet for 8 weeks, concluding on October 29, 2019. The class will meet in waiting room at Cascade Surgical Oncology from 6pm - 8pm. You are encouraged to sign up early, as this is a small class of 8 to 10 participants. Fee for the class is $250
