Move Your Life
The opposite of move is stuck, stagnant, or stopped. Using the latest from neuroscience and movement science find ways to break through the inertia and Move Your Life. Your habits, thought patterns, and ways of reacting to the world good and bad, get etched into your brain. Worrying about finances, obsessing about that mistake at work, replaying a contentious discussion, or beating yourself up for not being "perfect." Whatever your choice of self-talk and habits, they keep you stuck, stagnant, and stopped; leading to disengagement, disconnection and disease. Addressing the negativity bias, you begin the healing process by moving your body, challenging your mental attitudes, opening your heart, and connecting to the spirit of life.
This series is co-facilitated by Amy Trezona RN, health and wellness coach and Kellie Chambers, owner of Just Move Fitness in Pleasant Hill, NIA instructor and movement mentor. Together they create a safe and synergistic atmosphere to get unstuck and begin moving toward your deepest desires. Find more engagement, connection, and ease. Next series is open and accepting registration. This workshop series begins Saturday, October 6, 2018 and will meet weekly for 4 weeks, concluding on October 26th. We will meet at Just Move Fitness. You are encouraged to sign up early. Fee for the whole series is $260, or $80 per class.
