Breathe Learn to use your breath as an anchor in mindfulness meditation and a resource in times of stress.

Be Present Connecting with your breath, relaxing and tuning into sensations, thoughts and feelings allows you to be present to yourself and your life.

Repeat Over and over you return to your breath, to your body, heart and mind and give yourself intimate attention. In each moment, you again become present, this is the practice.

These simple, yet not easy practices are the basis of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. Learning in a group, you settle into your body more easily, and you're less likely to fidget or get up because you've made a commitment to be there with whatever comes up. Amy is a skilled facilitator that supports your commitment to the practice.
